Stated reward is for full price items only, sale items will earn a lower reward which are completed via the Mytheresa.com official website / Mytheresa app. No rewards given on adidas, adidas Originals Kids, New Balance, New Balance Kids, Nike, NIke Kids and orders placed using gift cards, store credit or referral codes, when using a promotional code, discount or offers not listed on this site, on orders which are cancelled or fully returned.
Purchases should appear as pending on your account within 48 hours.
If orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders no rewards will be given such as orders placed by resellers, unauthorised concierge services, intermediate agents and distributors of Gucci items.
A missing transaction claim is subject to an individual examination by Mytheresa.
The reward is calculated based on final net order amount excluding taxes, duties, shipping cost, returns, and vouchers.
Rewards slight variations are based on exchange rate.
Claims for missing rewards should be submitted directly on this site. As it becomes a manual process, it can take several months until the validated reward shows on your interface.
For an exchanged order submit your exchange request to the Mytheresa Customer Care team to reserve your exchanged item. After the reservation is completed a new order ID will be created for the exchanged order. You must inform us via this site or the new order ID, where a claim will be submitted to Mytheresa for the exchanged order and the rewards to be processed.
