合資格交易之審核時間約為至少150個工作天。
自 2026年8月17日起，所有來自以下地區的訂單，皆不會獲得獎勵： 阿爾巴尼亞、阿爾及利亞、安道爾、安哥拉、阿根廷、阿魯巴、巴巴多斯、波斯尼亞與赫塞哥維納、汶萊、柬埔寨、喀麥隆、開曼群島、剛果、哥斯達黎加、厄瓜多爾、埃及、薩爾瓦多、埃塞俄比亞、福克蘭群島（馬爾維納斯群島）、斐濟、法屬圭亞那、岡比亞、加納、直布羅陀、格陵蘭、格瑞那達、瓜德羅普、關島、瓜地馬拉、蓋亞那、印尼、伊拉克、牙買加、約旦、肯亞、科索沃、吉爾吉斯、寮國、黎巴嫩、列支敦士登、馬爾地夫、馬提尼克、模里西斯、蒙特內哥羅、摩洛哥、莫三比克、北馬其頓、巴基斯坦、巴拿馬、巴拉圭、秘魯、留尼旺、盧安達、塞席爾、獅子山、西班牙加那利群島、敘利亞、塔吉克、千里達及托巴哥、土耳其、特克斯與凱科斯群島、烏克蘭、烏拉圭、委內瑞拉、美屬維京群島及尚比亞。

Purchases from Shopper by Fashion Concierge or Private Client Referral and the respective App will not be eligible to earn rewards.
No reward for Fashion Concierge orders.
Orders using 3rd-party codes and staff codes will not be eligible to earn rewards.

Order must be purchased in FARFETCH Hong Kong website, otherwise the transaction will not be eligible for rewards.
With effect from August 18 2019, transactions may be reported by item level if you have purchased more than one item in the same order.
Investigation period for eligible transactions would be a minimum of approximately 150 business days.
Effective 17/08/2026 , no reward will be awarded to orders originating from the following regions:
Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Aruba, Barbados, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Congo, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Fiji, French Guiana, Gambia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greenland, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guatemala, Guyana, Indonesia, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Maldives, Martinique, Mauritius, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Reunion, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Spain - Canary Islands, Syria, Tajikistan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Zambia.
