• Members will earn a reward for qualifying purchases of QVC products via the site at the stated reward.
• Rewards are earned on the net value of goods purchased (excluding delivery charges, taxes, gift cards, and postage supplements).
• Rewards can only be earned when the customer follows the tracking link directly from the QVC merchant page onsite to QVC desktop and mobile websites.
• Non qualifying purchases include: transactions using unauthorised voucher or promotional codes; partially or fully returned items.
• If items are returned, exchanged, or canceled after a reward has already been issued, the reward will be removed from the customer account.
• Partially refunded orders will result in reward adjustment based on the final spend amount.
• Pending reward will appear in the members account for eligible purchases.
• Final rewards will be credited and visible in the members account within 150 days to account for the 60-days return window.
• If a reward does not appear in the customer’s account after 150 days, they may submit a “Missing reward” claim. Claims must include the original order number, date, value, and reward details.
• Missing reward claims must be made within 6 months of the purchase date. Submissions without appropriate proof may not be accepted.
