獎勵只適用於 Trip.com Hong Kong 網站上預訂酒店並完成付款的訂單。所有酒店以外之產品會獲得較少獎勵。
中國國內機票獎勵只適用於 Trip.com 網站上預訂並完成付款的訂單。轉到其他地區/其他網站會導致交易無法獲得獎勵。
交易可能需時約7個工作天才會顯示於交易記錄中。
漏單調查需時約90天-120天。

請注意，以下訂單不會獲得獎勵：
- 使用銀行相關優惠碼（包括但不限於電子錢包優惠碼）/飯店預售優惠券的訂單
- 購買禮品卡及使用禮品卡的訂單
- 購買兒童票或嬰兒票
- 加購項目（包括但不限於行李/餐點/升艙等）不會獲得獎勵
- 2025年4月1日起，新顧客使用機場接送優惠券將不會獲得獎勵
- 2025年7月21日起，Trip.com 印度會員的訂單將不會獲得獎勵

Awards are only applicable to Transactions generated on Trip.com Hong Kong. Stated reward is for hotel reservation only. All other products will earn a lower reward.
Rewards for Mainland China domestic flights are only applicable to Transactions generated on Trip.com. Transactions made by switching region/other websites will not be eligible for rewards.
Valid transactions will be reflected on transaction history approximately 7 business days after order is confirmed.
Missing transactions would require at least 90 -120 days investigation time.

Please note, you will not earn any reward for the following transactions:
- Orders using bank-related promo codes (including but not limited to digital payment promo codes)/Hotel Presale Voucher will not be eligible for earning reward.
- Gift card purchases or transactions involving the redemption of gift cards
- Children Tickets or Infant Tickets
- Add-on purchases (including but not limited to Baggage/Meals/Upgrades etc.)
- Effective from 1 April 2025, new customers using the coupon for Airport Transfer will not be eligible to earn rewards.
- Effective from 21 July 2025, Trip.com India members will not be eligible to earn reward.
