Missing transactions would require at least 90 -120 days investigation time.
Valid transactions will be reflected on transaction history approximately 7 business days after order is confirmed.
Orders using bank-related promo codes (including but not limited to wallet codes)/Bundle/Package (Ticket+Hotel)/Hotel Presale Voucher/Cars & Car Rental will not be eligible for earning reward.
No reward for gift card purchases.
No reward for Children Tickets or Infant Tickets.
Effective from 21 July 2025, bookings made by Trip.com India members will not be eligible for earning rewards.
