Lazada Malaysia does not accept missing transactions investigation.
The stated reward is for new customers purchasing from Health & Beauty only. You will earn lower reward for purchasing from all other product categories. There is a reward cap to a maximum order value at RM300 for new customers, and RM360 for existing customers.
Existing customers will receive a lower reward.
Rewards are only applicable for purchases made on Lazada Malaysia.
Rewards will be given within 120-150 days from the purchase date for valid transactions.
Lazada reserves the final right to refuse rewards should they suspect a transaction being trader’s activity.
