• IHG Hotels & Resorts will not entertain missing claims queries. Enquiries on tracked bookings can only be investigated after your booking (stay) is complete.
• Customers will only be rewarded when their stay is completed at the booked hotel.
• Rewards are only available for IHG Hotels & Resorts room rates (any costs incurred outside of room for example dinner, parking or room service aren't eligible for rewards).
• Specialty negotiated rates such as IHG Friends & Family or discounted group or corporate bookings are not eligible for Rewards.
• Rooms booked and paid for by IHG Rewards Points are not eligible for rewards.
• Rewards are not available on any bookings for Six Senses properties, Mr & Mrs Smith properties and Kimpton properties in USA.
• Rewards are not available on the following properties: Holiday Inn Salisbury-Stonehenge, the following Holiday Inn Express locations: Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays, Annapolis East-Kent Island or Guelph, Staybridge Suites Chesapeake Virginia Beach & Crowne Plaza Danang
• Rewards may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
• Rewards are not available for any bookings made with a gift card or the purchase of online gift cards
• Rewards are also not available if your purchase is not fully completed online
• Bookings will track with Rewards based on the booking value. The booking value is subject to change post checkout. Rewards will be confirmed on average 6 weeks after the stay is completed.
• Rewards are tracked for booking one room only. Please make separate bookings if you wish to book multiple rooms to ensure correct tracking. If your booking for multiple rooms tracks at one-room rate, you may submit a query after your stay is completed.
• IHG Hotels & Resorts calculates Rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
