由2025年4月1日起，新顧客使用機場接送優惠券將不會獲得獎勵。
獎勵只適用於 Trip.com Hong Kong 網站上預訂酒店並完成付款的訂單。
所有酒店以外之產品會獲得較少獎勵。
漏單調查需時約90天-120天。
交易可能需時約7個工作天才會顯示於交易記錄中。
使用銀行相關優惠碼（包括但不限於電子錢包優惠碼）/套票/套餐（機票+飯店）/飯店預售優惠券/汽車和租車的訂單不會獲得獎勵。
購買禮品卡不會獲得獎勵。
購買兒童票或嬰兒票不會獲得獎勵。
2025年7月21日起，Trip.com 印度會員的訂單將不會獲得獎勵。
Effective from 1 April 2025, new customers using the coupon for Airport Transfer will not be eligible to earn rewards.
Awards are only applicable to Transactions generated on Trip.com Hong Kong.
Stated reward is for hotel reservation only. All other products will earn a lower reward.
Missing transactions would require at least 90 -120 days investigation time.
Valid transactions will be reflected on transaction history approximately 7 business days after order is confirmed.
Orders using bank-related promo codes (including but not limited to digital payment promo codes)/Bundle/Package (Ticket+Hotel)/Hotel Presale Voucher/Cars & Car Rental will not be eligible for earning reward.
No reward for gift card purchases.
No reward for Children Tickets or Infant Tickets.
Effective 21 July 2025, Trip.com India members will not be eligible to earn reward.
