Effective from 18 June 2025, stated reward is only applicable to New Customers purchasing using Lazada Malaysia App from the following categories: Household Supplies, Men's Shoes, Beauty, Health, Media, Music & Books, Pet Supplies, Toys & Games, Bedding & Bath, Sports Shoes and Clothing, Bags and Travel, Outdoor & Garden, Automotive, Groceries, Lighting & Décor, Stationery, Craft & Gift Cards, Lingerie, Sleep, Lounge & Thermal Water, Men's Clothing, Women's Clothing, Kitchen & Dining, Furniture & Organization, Women's Shoes, Laundry & Cleaning Equipment, Fashion Accessories, Mother & Baby, Sports & Outdoors, Kid's Fashion, Tools & Home Improvement.
Existing customers or those purchasing from other categories will earn a lower reward.
No reward will be earned for purchasing from the following categories or products: Digital Goods, Service Product, Special Digital Products, Services, Digital Utilities, Utility payments, Chup Dulu, Formula milk (Step 0-2 years old), TouchNGo (cards and top-up).
There is a reward cap to each order.
Rewards are only applicable for purchases made on Lazada Malaysia.
Rewards will be given within 120-150 days from the purchase date for valid transactions.
Lazada reserves the final right to refuse rewards should they suspect a transaction being trader’s activity.
