Entering an iHerb Rewards code, third-party Rewards code, or promotional code not offered on this site will result in the entitlement to rewards for all items to be cancelled. Additionally, parts of a transaction paid with loyalty credit won't qualify for earning rewards. The portion of orders paid partially or fully with Rewards credit is ineligible for earning rewards. Please allow 7-10 days for valid transactions to reflect in your transaction history.
iHerb accepts missing transaction claims submitted within 45 days from the purchase date and for orders placed after December 8, 2023.
