Only subscriptions made on a new device has has previously never installed the app and a new email ID which has no previous subscription will be eligible to earn reward.
If the app is already installed or if you uninstall to install again immediately then that subscription will be counted as invalid and is not able to earn reward.
Subscription made via website will not earn any reward.
