The stated reward is for purchases of Fashion & Accessories of £300 and over. You will earn a lower reward for purchases of Fashion & Accessories under £299.99 and purchases of Advent Calendars, Wine, Beauty, Fenty Beauty and Sale Items.
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in not earning rewards or earning less rewards than detailed. This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout. No rewards are given on restaurants and hospitality areas.
Queries can only be investigated within 60 days from the date the purchase was made.
Please note, points will initially track at a higher rate for Private Sale products and then manually adjusted to the agreed Sale rate.
