Rewards for Mainland China domestic flights are only applicable to Transactions generated on Trip.com. Transactions made by switching region/other websites will not be eligible for rewards.
Effective from 1 April 2025, No rewards for new customers using airport transfer coupons.
Stated reward is for hotel reservation only.
All other products will earn a lower reward.
Transactions generated on Ctrip simplified Chinese site (http://www.ctrip.com) are not eligible for earning rewards.
Missing transactions would require at least 90 -120 days investigation time.
Valid transactions will be reflected on transaction history approximately 7 business days after order is confirmed.
Orders using bank-related promo codes (including but not limited to wallet codes)/Hotel Presale Voucher will not be eligible for earning reward.
No reward for gift card purchases.
No reward for Children Tickets or Infant Tickets.
Effective from 21 July 2025, bookings made by Trip.com India members will not be eligible for earning rewards.
