Purchase conditions

Stated reward is for new customers only who purchase Sky Stream or Glass standalone with Broadband (Superfast 35 and above). New customers who purchase Sky Stream or Glass standalone or purchase Broadband standalone (Superfast, Fibre 100, Ultrafast , Ultrafast Plus, Gigafast) or existing customers who purchase Sky Stream or Glass with or without Broadband or purchase Broadband standalone will earn a lower reward. Sport and Cinema Upgrades as well as new and existing customers purchasing Wifi Max will earn a lower reward.

This offer is not available direct through Sky or through the call centres or retailers. Sky will be unable to assist you with any queries relating to your Reward.

In certain cases you may not be able to complete your subscription online, so before counting on the reward, please check that their sign up process will work for you. This will only track if it is completed online, from start to finish.

Rewards are approved up to 120 days after confirmation of your viewing being activated.

Rewards will not be given on any purchases when a voucher code is used or on ESPN, MUTV and Chelsea TV.

When raising any queries or claims please provide your SKY customer ID and state the product or plan purchased.

Queries can only be investigated within 90 days from the date the purchase was made.
