Eligible Transactions
Only prepaid online reservations completed through the “Pay Now” booking channel at www.enterprise.co.uk shall qualify for this promotion. Reservations made through the “Pay Later” booking option, payments made in branch, or any other form of in-person transaction shall be expressly excluded and shall not qualify.

Excluded Booking Channels
Reservations, rentals, or transactions made through the Enterprise Rent-A-Car mobile application shall not be eligible for this reward.

Enterprise Car Club Exclusion
This reward does not apply to, and no reward shall be granted in respect of, any membership fees, rental charges, ancillary purchases, or other expenditure associated with Enterprise Car Club.

Qualifying Spend
Rewards will be calculated solely on the applicable base rental rate charged for the daily or weekly vehicle rental period. For the avoidance of doubt, qualifying spend shall expressly exclude all taxes, fees, airport or location surcharges, insurance products, optional extras, fuel charges, deposits, damage waivers, penalties, administrative charges, and any other ancillary or additional amounts charged in connection with the rental.

Cancellation and No-Show Charges
Any fees, charges, or other amounts incurred in connection with a reservation cancellation, modification, failure to collect a vehicle, or a no-show event shall not constitute qualifying spend and shall not be eligible for any reward.

Non-Combination of Offers
Your reward can not be combined, applied, or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer, coupon, negotiated rate, corporate rate, membership benefit, reward programme entitlement, or any pre-existing or previously confirmed reservation, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Final Determination
Enterprise Rent-A-Car shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility for this reward and to interpret and apply these terms and conditions. Its decisions in relation to the reward shall be final and binding.
