No rewards are given on Charity/Promotional, Groupon Epic Deal purchases, iTunes Credit, gift card purchases or when using Groupon Bucks. No rewards given on Goods category purchases.
Please ensure when you submit Order Inquiries that you only utilize the Order ID from the MyGroupon page. This is a 9-10 digit numeric-only Order ID. You can locate it in the “My Stuff” menu in the upper right side of the Groupon website. Once there, the Order # will be indicated on each order.
