The stated reward is for purchases on Fashion & Accessories. You will earn a lower reward for purchases of Wine & Spirits, Beauty and Sale Items.
No rewards are offered on gift cards or gift experiences. Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in not earning rewards or earning less rewards than detailed. This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout. No rewards are given on restaurants and hospitality areas.
No rewards are offered when making a purchase using a staff discount or if you are an internal staff member.
Queries can only be investigated within 60 days from the date the purchase was made.
