Stated reward is for new customers purchasing M&S Clothing, Home and Beauty, existing customers will earn a lower reward. New and existing customers purchasing Brands, Food, Flowers, Gifts and Sale items will earn a lower reward. No rewards on Jaeger products.
Rewards are not available on the following Departments within the M&S site: Made to Measure Shirts, Made to Measure curtains, Large Appliances, Technology & Electricals, M&S Money, Insurance, M&S Bank, Personalised Cards, M&S Energy, Lunch to Go, Food to Order, Wine, Bakery, Global Meals, Finance, all micro-sites, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, when a voucher/coupon is used and when a staff discount is applied. Rewards are also not given on VAT, taxes and delivery chargers. Rewards are only given on purchases made from the UK site, if you navigate to another country your purchase will be invalid.
Queries can only be investigated after 45 days from the date the purchase was made.
