Stated reward is only applicable to new customers of Temu Japan/Korea/Philippines/Vietnam/Malaysia/Thailand/Saudi Arabia/United Arab Emirates. Existing customers of Temu Japan/Korea/Philippines/Vietnam/Malaysia/Thailand/Saudi Arabia/United Arab Emirates will earn a lower reward.
Rewards will not be given for the following orders/items:
- Orders placed more than 24 hours after clicking the "Shop Now" button;
- Items purchased using One Click Pay on Temu;
- Items added to the shopping cart before "Shop Now".
- Order amounts deducted through the use of vouchers, promotional offers, store credits, or gift cards;
- Cancelled, returned or refunded order;
- Orders that Temu determines to be intended for resale or wholesale purposes;
- Orders placed via browser extensions or plugins or using third-party voucher codes;
- Orders for which cookies or other tracking tools used by Temu are disabled or not permitted;
- Orders involving any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or abnormal activities determined by Temu.
Effective from May 27 2026, there will be a cap to the maximum purchase value that is eligible to earn rewards. For new customers, the maximum purchase value for a single order will be capped at USD300. For existing customers, the maximum purchase value for a single order will be capped at USD3000.
