All models of iPhone is not eligible to earn miles.
Please note: Unless you are notified otherwise, no rewards are given on new products when launched or when completing a purchase via the app.
Rewards are issued by us, not Apple. To qualify for rewards, you must complete your purchase within the same session in which you begin the purchase without leaving your browser. Opening a new tab or returning later will result in rewards that will not be tracked.
Products that are not eligible for rewards are iPhone 17e, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPad Air (M4), MacBook Air (M5), Studio Display, Studio Display XDR, Apple Vision Pro, all Apple Vision Pro accessories, gift cards, Apple Developer Programs, AppleCare+ monthly subscription and shipping. Orders purchased from government or veteran and military stores are not eligible for rewards. Apple sells and ships products to end-user customers only; you may not purchase for resale.
Your rewards are subject to lifetime limits of: (a) six (6) units per model in each of the following product categories: iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, Vision, Apple TV, and HomePod; (b) thirty-two (32) units of each of the following: AirTag 1-pack and AirTag accessories; (c) eight (8) AirTag 4-pack; and (d) ten (10) units of each of the following: AirPods and other eligible accessories. The lifetime limit applies to any purchase you make from the Apple Store website and app. Rewards will not be issued once you exceed the lifetime limit for a product.
Purchase date shown in your transaction history is the shipment date instead of order date.
Purchases are reported once an item is shipped, if the reward amount is lower than expected it may be due to an item not yet being shipped. Please allow 5 working days once all items have been shipped before raising a query.
