All untracked queries must be submitted by the 10th of the following month from your purchase date. For example, purchase made in November must be submitted by the 10th of December. All queries submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

From 6 March 2026 to 11 March 2026, stated reward is only applicable to the following categories: Galaxy S26 Series, Computer, Mobile, Memory.
Effective from 8 January 2026, no reward will be given for the following categories: TV/Soundbar/Monitor/Air Conditioner/Microwave/Oven/Refrigerator/Vacuum Cleaner/Washing Machine.
From 5 January 2026 to 8 February 2026, stated reward is only applicable to the following products: S25 Ultra, S25 FE, Z Flip7, Z Fold7, Z Flip7 FE, A07, A36 5G, Tab A11+ 5G, Tab S10+ Wi-Fi, Tab S10 FE 5G, Watch Ultra 2025.
From 6 October 2025 to 19 October 2025, stated reward is only applicable to the following products: S25 Series, S25 FE, S24 Series, Z Fold7 / Z Flip7 Series, Galaxy Tab: Tab S11, Tab S10 Lite, Tab S9, Tab S10 FE.
From 8 August 2025 to 10 August 2025, stated reward is only applicable to Mobile, Mobile Accessory, Computer, Computer Accessory, Memory, TV, TV Accessory, Home Audio, AV Accessory, Monitor, Air Conditioner, Microwave Oven, Built-in Compliance, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner, Washing Machine, System Air Conditioner.
From 29 July 2025 to 31 July 2025, stated reward is only applicable to Galaxy Z Fold7 / Slip 7.
From 26 July 2025 to 27 July 2025, stated reward is only applicable to Galaxy Z Fold7 / Slip 7.
From 06 May to 11 May 2025, stated reward is applicable to the category of Memory, Mobile, Monitor, Microwave Oven, Oven, Refrigerator, Domestic Accessories, TV, Vacuum Cleaner, and Washing Machine. Purchasing other products will earn less reward.
From 10 April to 15 April 2025, stated reward is applicable for Monitor, TV, Home audio, TV Accessory, AV Accessory, Air Conditioner, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner, System AC, Oven, Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, Galaxy Tab S. Purchasing other products will earn less reward.
Trade-in orders, shop program, and product insurance will not earn any reward.
Pending rewards may not be the finalized rewards. The finalized pending rewards will be updated within 35 working days.
