All untracked queries must be submitted by the 10th of the following month from your purchase date. For example, purchase made in November must be submitted by the 10th of December. All queries submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

From 12 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, stated reward is only applicable to products from Selected Category I.
From 27 February 2026 to 10 March 2026, stated reward is only applicable to Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.
From 16 July 2025 to 22 July 2025, stated reward is only applicable to Galaxy Z Fold7 / Slip 7. Purchasing the products from other categories will earn a lower reward.
Trade-in, Trade-up, Insurance, Air conditioner cleaning service, e-voucher, FOC: adaptor/case/smartTag etc., Customizable bezel, Customizable frame, Condenser coil, Cleaning services, STD panel, Remote control, One-stop service, Air grille diffuser, Washer dryer stacking Kit, Filter replacement service will not earn any reward.
Pending rewards may not be the finalized rewards. The finalized pending rewards will be updated within 35 working days.
