Effective from 18 June 2025, unless otherwise specified, reward is only applicable to new customers using Lazada Malaysia purchasing products from the following categories: Health & Beauty, Babies & Toys, Groceries & Pets, Home & Lifestyle, Women & Men's Fashion & Accessories, Kid's Fashion & Accessories, Sports & Lifestyle, Automotive & Motorcycles, Electronic Accessories, Electronic Devices, TV & Home Appliances.

Existing customers or those purchasing from other categories will earn a lower reward.

No reward will be earned for purchasing from the following categories or products: Digital Goods, Service Product, Special Digital Products, Services, Digital Utilities, Utility payments, Chup Dulu, Formula milk (Step 0-2 years old), TouchNGo (cards and top-up).


Rewards are applicable for a maximum purchase value of RM100 per checkout for new customers.
Rewards are applicable for a maximum purchase value of RM 300 per checkout for existing customers.


Rewards are only applicable for purchases made on Lazada Malaysia.

Rewards will be given within 120-150 days from the purchase date for valid transactions.
Lazada reserves the final right to refuse rewards should they suspect a transaction being trader’s activity.
